Our Mission & Why

When planning my own wedding, I realized how expensive weddings can be. Oftentimes, couples end up hiring inexperienced cheaper vendors who botch their wedding day, while top tier professionals go unbooked on those same dates.

I started this site to fix that. Our mission is simple: help couples book higher quality, trusted vendors while staying in budget, and helping vendors book up open dates that would have gone unbooked.

We connect couples with some of the most sought after wedding professionals, the kind you normally only find through word of mouth or high end planners. These vendors don’t pay to be featured here, because the best don’t need to. They are offering discounts for select dates and special opportunities to help bridge that gap and make this mission possible.

It’s a true win win. Couples save thousands while working with vendors they can fully trust, and vendors fill their calendars with clients they love serving.

What’s the catch?
No catch! Brides pay to have access to private discounts. You get more bookings on dates that would have gone unbooked already. There is literally no catch.

Will this hurt my brand or make me look “cheap”?
Not at all. All offers are private and only visible to paying, qualified couples. You control what you share, so you can offer special rates without ever publicly advertising “discounts”. This is a way to fill dates without touching your standard pricing or brand reputation.

Is this just another generic discount site?
Not at all. This site exists to fight against cheap, low-quality vendors getting booked while top-tier professionals go unbooked. Our goal is to give talented vendors the chance to work with couples who appreciate quality — even if it means offering a special deal — instead of watching brides settle for less on dates you’re available.

How long do I need to honor the deals I post?
We’re looking for vendors who can honor the deals they post for at least the next few months. Since this is all managed manually at the moment, we need consistency so couples can rely on the offers. In the future, as the site grows, you’ll be able to manage your own profile and update deals anytime.

If a couple contacts me, how do I know they’re from WeddingVendorDeals.com?
The deals you post here let brides know you’re willing to offer a special rate. They contact you directly, let you know they found you on WeddingVendorDeals.com, and you handle the details — you can adjust or customize each deal as needed.

Is this a booking site?
No. We are not a booking site. Couples don’t even have the ability to inquire about vendors through us. We send all traffic directly to your website, where couples can inquire with you directly.

Do I have to lower my standard pricing across the board?
You decide which dates, packages, or services you want to discount. Your standard rates remain exactly as they are — this is simply a way to fill dates you might have otherwise left open.

How much time will it take to manage this?
Very little. 5-10 minutes to fill out the form. Thats it. Once you submit your vendor profile and any offers, everything is created by us.

Will I have to handle bookings through your site?
No. We do not handle bookings. All traffic is sent directly to your website, so you stay in full control of inquiries, communication, and client relationships.

Can competitors see my pricing and offers?
No. All offers are behind a secure paywall. Only qualified couples and paying members can see your special rates — outside vendors never have access.

Do I have to pay anything?
No. There are no hidden costs, fees, or commissions. This platform is completely free for hand-selected, top-tier vendors.
